What is Barre?
We are a studio offering a unique and challenging class that is a fusion of yoga, pilates and ballet. This total body workout uses the ballet barre to perform small isometric movements. It is an intense 60 minute workout designed to create a leaner, longer, stronger you! Our well trained and dedicated teachers will inspire and encourage every client to achieve their own personal goals.
